We are Limited Liability Company "UNITSOFT", which is a business entity registered under the laws of Ukraine (EDRPOU Code – 44687922), our location is at Kyiv, Yuriy Illienko St., building 81A, office 123 - this is also our main place of business activity.

In this Privacy Policy, we define our Company as "we", "us", and "our".

The company is an official partner of the Belgian company Odoo SA, located at: 40, Chaussée de Namur, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium.

We process your personal data only with your consent, provided during registration on the Website https://unitsoft.io/ and the creation of a User Account. When creating an Account, by clicking the "Register" or "Login" button, also when submitting any web form, or sending messages to the email and messengers specified on the Website, you agree with the Privacy Policy and give consent to the processing of personal data. By registering on the site https://unitsoft.io/ and/or using it, you automatically consent to the processing of personal data.

Your consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary. The absence of consent to the processing of personal data does not allow registration on the Website and/or using your Account.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-IV dated 01.06.2010, we are identified as a "controller"/"personal data manager". This means that we can collect personal data about you during communication with us, and we determine how this personal data is used. In this Policy, we define how we process personal data, your rights, and options regarding how your personal data is used. This Policy applies when we act as a personal data manager concerning your personal data. We are obligated to protect your privacy. We respect and ensure the security of any personal data you share with us or that we receive from other organizations.

This Policy contains important information about your personal privacy rights. Please read it carefully to understand how we use your personal data. Providing us with your personal data is voluntary. However, not providing us with your personal data may affect your use of our services or your interaction with us.

Data being processed

The data that users provide when filling out the registration form or performing other actions on the website is used to create an account in the Odoo system at the user's request, to provide personal access to selected services, to collect statistics in web analytics services such as GA4, and also for the preparation of special personalized marketing offers and sending them through marketing communication channels such as email newsletters, messenger messages, SMS messages.

Account and contact details:

When you register on our website to use or download one of our products or to subscribe to one of our services (Odoo Online, Free Trial, Odoo Apps, Odoo.sh, etc.) or fill out one of our contact forms, you voluntarily provide us with certain information. This usually includes your name, company name, email address, and phone number, postal address (when an invoice or delivery is required), your business sector, and interest in Odoo, as well as a personal password.

We never record or store credit card information from our clients and always rely on trusted third-party payment processors, PCI-DSS compliant, to process credit cards, including for processing recurring payments.

In particular, we will never collect information about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, or sexual life.

Browser data:

When you visit our website and access our online services, we detect and store your browser's language and geolocation to customize your experience according to your country and language. Our servers also record a summary of information sent by your browser for statistical, security, and legal purposes: your IP address, time and date of your visit, your browser version and platform, and the webpage that referred you to our website.

Your browser may also be used to store and retrieve data from your current session using a session cookie.

Form protection:

Customer databases:

When you subscribe to the Odoo cloud service and create your own Odoo database (for example, by launching a free trial), any information or content you send or upload to your database is your own, and you fully control it.

Similarly, when you upload a local database to the Odoo Upgrade website, you own the data in it.

This data often includes personal information such as: your list of employees, your contacts and customers, your messages, photos, videos, etc. We collect this information only on your behalf, and you always retain ownership and full control over this data.

In-App Purchase (IAP) transaction data:

When you use Odoo in the Odoo cloud or on your own deployments, some additional In-App Purchase services may be active by default. This usually includes autofill features that help you quickly enter customer and supplier information, as well as integration with third-party service providers for sending and receiving SMS, paper letters, etc.

When you use these services without payment, some required transaction data is sent to Odoo cloud services and must be transferred to third-party services for the purpose of providing the service.

Data required for the site

The data required for the service, which is filled in the website registration form, as well as browser cookies. By filling out the form or performing any actions on the website, the user voluntarily agrees to provide their personal data.

Purpose of collecting personal information.

The purpose of using user information is to prepare a personalized offer for the user according to their interest. The name indicated in the registration form is necessary for personal addressing. In the company's letter, you will receive information about news, courses, trainings, and special offers.

All provided information is not transferred to third parties. The only exception to the rule may be compliance with legal requirements. Users' personal data is stored on special European servers where all information is protected.

The unitsoft.io website uses Cookies and user information from the GA4 service.

With their help, data is collected about the movement of visitors on the website. Such control allows improving and enhancing the resource's operation. This approach allows better orientation towards visitors' preferences and creating engaging content for users.

In the settings of each browser, you can prohibit the sending of Cookies or specify the need for confirmation of each sending. These actions will, of course, protect you from spreading information about your movements on the network, but at the same time, some sites and features will be unavailable.

Personal data protection

To ensure the confidentiality of user information, we apply various security measures, including administrative, managerial, and technical. In accordance with international control standards, we not only collect data but also bear full responsibility for its preservation. Every employee of our company is aware of the importance of adhering to necessary control measures, as well as the norms and guidelines adopted in the Agreement.

Our developers do their best to prevent the possibility of information leakage, unjustified use, and alteration of personal data.

Our legal grounds for processing

• consent of the personal data subject for the processing of their personal data;
• permission for the processing of personal data granted to the data owner in accordance with the law solely for the exercise of their powers;
• the conclusion and performance of a transaction, of which the personal data subject is a party, or which is concluded in favor of the personal data subject or for the implementation of measures preceding the conclusion of a transaction at the request of the personal data subject;

International transfers of your personal data

• Cooperation with foreign entities related to personal data is regulated by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", other regulatory acts, and international treaties of Ukraine.
• If an international treaty of Ukraine, the mandatory nature of which is consented to by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, establishes rules other than those provided by the legislation of Ukraine, the rules of the international treaty of Ukraine shall apply.
• The transfer of personal data to foreign entities related to personal data is carried out only if the respective state ensures adequate protection of personal data in cases established by law or an international treaty of Ukraine.
• States that are members of the European Economic Area, as well as states that have signed the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, are recognized as providing an adequate level of personal data protection.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine determines the list of countries that provide adequate protection of personal data.

Personal data cannot be disseminated for a purpose other than that for which they were collected.

Personal data may be transferred to foreign entities involved in personal data relations, also in the case of:

• providing by the personal data subject explicit consent to such transfer;
• the necessity of concluding or performing a transaction between the owner of personal data and a third party - the subject of personal data for the benefit of the personal data subject;
• the necessity to protect the vital interests of personal data subjects;
• the necessity to protect public interest, establish, execute, and ensure a legal claim;
• providing by the personal data owner appropriate guarantees regarding non-interference in the personal and family life of the data subject.

We may also disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.

We also inform you that we reserve the right to disclose your personal data to third parties if virtually all of our assets are acquired by a third party, the personal data we hold may be one of the transferred assets.

Retention and deletion of personal data

This section sets out the policy and procedure for data retention, which are designed to ensure compliance with our legal obligations regarding the retention and deletion of personal data.

Personal data that we process for any purposes should not be stored longer than necessary for those purposes.

We will retain your personal data as follows:

1) Personal data will be stored for at least 1 year and until the completion of contractual relations with you as a client under the relevant agreements.
